There's a perfume in the air when you dare to let go

Stop for a second. Realize how little you know. Of how much you think you know, over and over again. The ego tells you its story, as if opening your eyes every morning is a new lesson on how to use things, how to interpret people, how to survive.

But what if reality wasn't out there? What if all that "knowing" only served to keep you hypnotized, hypnotized, spinning on an endless wheel? Do you recognize yourself in the question?

Between the fear and pride of wanting to be right, of defending the map of your understandings, there is a deep longing to return home. And in that longing, humility begins to awaken: "I don't understand anything," you acknowledge, "and what I think I understand, almost always keeps me away from Peace."

Let me accompany you to look at that. Not with the air of someone who theorizes. But from a soft, and at the same time devastating, place where the world begins to lose its false solidity.

The ego: that diligent official who gives meanings

You see it in the small details. On the pen you use to write a note. In your breakfast cup. In the way you name the gaze of another woman, of another man.

The ego is dedicated to handing out labels, to giving meaning to everything you experience. Its purpose is simple and sinister at the same time: to reinforce the illusion that there is a real stage here, with roles to play and objects to touch.

It doesn't matter if the object is mundane or if the scene seems sacred. The ego assigns meanings so that you forget the only real thing: Heaven.

Thus he maintains the absurd idea of separation: me here, the other there. Me versus the rest. I need, suffering, defending, winning sometimes, losing others. And love, buried under layers and layers of history and projections.

Do you dare to look at your objects—your judgments, your attachments, your identities—and recognize that they exist only to keep you from remembering who you really are?

It is not easy. There is a dull resistance, a desperate insistence on making everything you see "serve a purpose". But if you notice, that only postpones your awakening. Every time you make sense of what you perceive, you reinforce the invisible wall. You wind up the machinery of separation.

Everything you play is past and fear

Have you noticed how what you see is colored by what you learned? The ego recycles stories, it brings into the present everything it thinks it has understood in the past. He watches you live – and suffers, calculates, plans – always from that wound of separation.

You think you understand yourself. You think you understand others. To others. To the whole of life. But you are only interpreting, translating the instant from the past, projecting the old over and over again.

The new—Heaven—can never enter that room as long as you keep your faith in those interpretations.

Remember this when you feel trapped, caught up in the same old emotion. When you look at a friend, an enemy, an object, and you think you know what it is, what it is for, what it wants from you.

Ask yourself humbly (and a little rebelliously):

What real purpose does this have? Is it of any use, beyond separating me from the Truth?

The Everyday Pitfalls of Egoic Spirituality

Long before you understand how useless it is to interpret, the ego will have already disguised its resistance in a thousand spiritual ways.

He'll say, "Yes, I get it, nothing makes real sense... But I need to adapt to the world, I can't lose touch with reality. Or I will lose all reference, all protection."

This trap is subtle. The ego loves to "learn" about unreality, but demands to continue functioning within its rules. Not to wake up, nor to let go of their manuals of meaning, nor to risk the identity well cooked over the years.

Look at this with tenderness but without gentleness: Why continue to defend what only gives you pain, fear, emptiness?

You don't have to attack the existence of the world. Just stop affirming it. You don't have to become an ascetic, abstract being who denies all pleasure simply by negation. It is enough to admit sincerely:

Nothing real can be seen with the eyes. Nothing significant can be learned here.

Not to understand is to open the door to the Light. It is not surrendering from resignation, but from the deep desire to remember. And that's where the real silence begins. There is room for a Mind that is not chained to time.

Living practice for those who want to remember Heaven

What good is so much theory if you're still trapped—trapped—in your little world of objects, relationships, dramas, and body?

You have to practice. Not as someone who perfects a habit, but as someone who lets go of a rope to which she has clung since she was a child, since she was a child.

An exercise: let go of all meaning, now

The next object you see, anything—the screen, your hand, a chair, an emotion, a person walking down the street—stop.

Without analyzing, without looking for metaphysics, without judgments. He declares, with an open heart:

"I don't understand what this is. No one can understand what something is that does not exist. I am willing, willing, to deliver the meaning I have fabricated. May the Truth remind me of the only purpose that exists: Love."

He feels the vertigo of letting go of that false certainty. Let the fear come. Let the anger, the surprise, the sadness come... and don't justify them.

All these emotions are only the echo of resistance, the smell of the old house that is crumbling because nothing supports it anymore.

Do it over and over again. With everything that touches your day.

Don't dwell on "neutral" objects. Look at the relationship with your partner, with your mother, with your boss; what you feel about your body, your health, your future. Spend a few minutes with it:

"I think I understand this too. And yet, I don't understand it. I deliver it."

Every time you let go of a meaning, you allow the idea that there is a world separate from you to dissolve. And every time you identify with the body, the drama, the personal history, you only give your ego a new trench.

The Art of Equalizing All Illusions

Have you noticed how the ego teaches you to prioritize what you see? One thing seems more valuable, another more dangerous... Some hurt more, others hardly cause anything.

The separate mind loves differences. So he can choose, fear, persecute, reject...

But oneness sees everything the same. Every object, every circumstance, every emotion serving the same purpose: to push the experience of separation.

Try this leap of faith: Look at the cup in front of you and grant that, in the eyes of the Spirit, it is just like any other object. As unreal as a thought, as empty as a cloud. Only the values you have bestowed upon it keep it standing in your mind.

Make this small gesture (even if you don't understand anything):

"This is also identical to the rest. My attachment only reflects my fear of Love. I'm willing, willing, to let it all go."

Equality is the language of Heaven. Without degrees or nuances. Without "important" or "banal", "serious" or "light".

It seduces and frightens at the same time: renouncing drama, specialty, "favorite" objects. But only in this way can the memory of your uniqueness arrive: no one has more or less than you. No one experiences anything "more special." No one is completely separated. Because there was never that separation.

Letting go of the past: the great cleansing

How much power the past has in what you think you are. The names you gave yourself. The image you took care of. Justified wounds.

It is enough to look at any situation to feel the weight of memory, of patterns, of the eternal history of "myself, myself".

Nothing you see is new. That's how surprising—and at the same time devastating—it is to realize. Not a single thought, not an emotion, not an object. Everything is a projection, an echo of what the separate mind wanted to keep to itself.

What if you could let go of the past, here and now? It is not a question of amnesia or defense. It is acceptance, with a softness that turns fear into tenderness:

"I don't need the associations of the past. Every time I perform, I only reinforce a world that never existed."

Let this prayer wash over you. Whenever the pain of the past tries to creep in, allow the righteous Mind to whisper to you:

"I let go because I thirst for Heaven."

This is how you stop building prison and begin to remember freedom.

The Heart of the Message: You Are the Heaven You Seek

There is a lot of beauty in the audacity of not understanding anything. To stop making meaning. It is then that what you are, what you were always beyond the world, begins to appear. No words, no images, no effort.

Undoing hurts because the ego fears it; But behind each surrender there is a softness, a warmth, an innocence that picks up all fear and undoes it. Can you give yourself that gift, even if only for a moment?

You are not the body you want to protect; neither the mind that judges, nor the scenarios that you fear losing. You are what you always were: Light, Love, Oneness. Not "someone" who loves, but love itself. Not "someone" who seeks to awaken, but Heaven awakening, safely, in its own dream.

The practice is not to improve here, it is not to "become" anyone. Just letting go of interpretation, the war against the real. To give the gaze to another, who no longer sees differences. Be humble. To let yourself be surprised, again, as if everything were the first time.

And behind that gap, feeling: the oneness of Being. No body, no time, no space.
Only Peace.

Nothing external has power over you: remembering it changes everything

You remain silent for a moment. You feel it, with an intuition that needs no proof or argument: Nothing outside your mind has the power to disturb you, to hurt you, to bring you the joy you lack.

Everything, absolutely everything, is an invitation to remember the Oneness of God. No experience, object, person, or circumstance can change who you are. And the practice is simply letting go of meaning, attachment, judgment.

There is no separate world, nor the threat you thought was real. Only Love is real. Only your Self.

Do it now: return to the remembrance of your Self

It is not a matter of understanding with the mind. It is not about philosophizing about concepts or finding beautiful words. It is about daring to let go of what you have learned, embrace not-knowing, and in that hole remember:

You were always Heaven.

Do it now. For you, for all the minds that think they are trapped, for that instant of infinity that calls you. Loose. And who you are will shine on its own.

Are you going to let go at once? The wound of understanding and the daring to return

That's how simple it seems, that's how scary it feels. Letting go of control, interpretation, defense. Ask yourself today:

Am I truly willing, willing, to stop understanding in order to be again?

The answer is not in this text. It's in your silence. In your surrender. Dare.

Heaven, your Home, awaits you right where reason ends.
